NVT Group Ltd, a leading Technology Services Integrator, needed a solution to a particularly difficult integration challenge for one of their clients. The client had two essential business systems that needed to communicate and work together, but their respective APIs didn't fully support the required functionality. With time and budget constraints ruling out direct modifications to the core software, NVT needed an innovative, cost-effective alternative — and approached me for help.
